Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Sun & Shade Mix thrives in a variety of conditions. This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Designed for full sun and dense shade, and has medium drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 Deg. F and 70 Deg. F or air temperatures are between 60 Deg. F and 80 Deg. F. Manufacturer recommends using a spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 In. tall.
