This easy-to-use hot plate has two individual cast iron burners, (7.4 inch and 6.1 inch) each with separate temperature controls, giving you the option of using one or both. Power indicator lights will illuminate when the burner plates are on and warming to the desired setting, then cycle on and off during use as they maintain the perfect temperature.
