The Louisville Aluminum framed attic ladder offers an R5 insulated door with weatherstripping factory installed providing more energy efficiency than a traditional attic ladder, improved squareness and predrilled holes for ease of installation. Designed for attic opening of 22.5 in. x 63 in. and fits ceiling heights from 10 ft. to 12 ft. Gas piston system allows easier opening and closing of the door. This attic ladder has a working load capacity of 375 lb.
